Project Name: LADOT COVID-19 Enforcement

Analyzed LADOT's transition plan to resume street sweeping services on 10/15/2020. Used NLP techniques to scrape city council records, news outlets, and social media data to determine if residents were notified before street sweeping services resumed on 10/15/2020. Mapped historical geospatial data to analyze citation behavior of blocks, streets, and homes.
