Project Name: Clear to Close
In this team-developed full-stack application, we constructed a website that allows home-buyers to submit offers directly to the home seller anonymously and get instant updates once it goes under contract. Development was organized using SCRUM methodology in a Spring framework to deliver a secure, single-page application using ATTOM real estate and Google Maps APIs. Prospective “buyers” can search current listings, view home details, submit anonymous offers, and receive instant email updates regarding status changes to the listing.
