Project Name: Hotel Customer Review Analysis
Analyzed customer review data using time series techniques, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling. Identify keywords and key topic drivers of the reviewer's score. Using reviewer’s scores we calculated the current NPS influenced score for each hotel helping them understand their customer’s opinions so they can implement improvements based on the insight from our review analysis.
