Project Name: HopShop
Hopshop is a web app where beer lovers and breweries come together. At hopshop, breweries pitch ideas for new beers to make socially. If the pitch interests people, they fund it for $20. When it's ready, the brewery ships them a six pack. During the journey, they will also get updates, see videos of the brewery process, and have opportunities to contribute to the beers's creation. Hopshop is also a great place for rating, discovering, and sharing new craft beer. We made our site using 13 tables, 31 defined relationships, 3 APIs (Facebook, Stripe, & Disqus), Laraval, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, and Vue.js.
In addition to my Codeup work, I took it upon myself to learn Vue.js and the Slim framework. Using javascript, I designed a physics engine to power a Mario style game i developed.
