Project Name: Food For thought
Food For Thought is a Full Stack Web Application that takes a spin on Pinterest for foodies. Users can search ingredients, create recipes and recipe books and share recipes. The project was completed in a team of four developers, in which I led the backend development, database design, project planning and deployment. Recipes are organized on individual cards that include a comment and rating section. Registered users can create their own dishes with unique recipes, edit dishes belonging to their profile, or delete their uploaded dishes. The application utilizes the spoonacular API and the filestack API via AJAX.
My previous military experience allows me to work great on solo projects as well as in team collaboration. I am passionate about software development and am committed as a life-long learner who is open-minded and has a positive attitude towards continuously acquiring new skills and capabilities.
