Project Name: 3-1-1 Response Delays
Using a CSV acquired from the City of San Antonio's website, my team and I aim to create a classification model to predict the level of delay in a calls response time. We are taking in features such as district code, zip code, department issued the case, category of the case, how the case was reported, and more to achieve this. From this project we want to answer what drives the level of delay and if there is a way to minimize late response times for 3-1-1 calls in our city.
