My Capstone Project: Cisco Time Series Analysis
Using data from the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) we created a sales forecast using time series analysis to help potential investors or those considering a career with Cisco decide if they should move forward with their investment in Cisco based on the long-term outlook of the company. Used a combination of Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib, and Numpy to acquire data and explore the data for drivers of sales. Used Scikit-learn and XGBoost Regressor to create a Regression model that reduced RMSE by 8% nearly 7 million dollars.
