My Capstone Project: Tech Blues: Improving Mental Health in Tech
Our Capstone project Our capstone project utilizes real-world mental health survey data from the technology industry to determine drivers of workplace interference due to mental health issues. We used scipy to perform statistical testing to verify our results. Multiple classification models are being trained, and our Random Forest model was able to improve upon baseline accuracy by 33%. We are using all of this data to make recommendations to technology companies as to how they can foster a healthier work environment.
