Web application that will scrub a given webpage in English for text and then feed it to Google Translate to translate it into Spanish. A volunteer will then be able to see both the original page and the Google Translated text and verify that the translation is accurate, if it is not the volunteer would be able to make edits to it and submit it. Lastly an admin would look over each volunteer submission, seeing the original page, the Google Translate and the volunteer changes. If they determine the changes to be accurate they can then flag them as approved, at which point the translated page would be submitted to be integrated into the website.
