ETPS Stands for Eligible Training Provider Systems. It is a 3-week project to create a website that allows for easier communication and submissions between the Texas Workforce Commission and education providers. My contribution to this website is the system for uploading and downloading of information from excel files to the mysql database by using Apache POI.
