My Capstone Project: Guess My Accident

Using publicly available data on motor vehicle collisions (MVC), would it be possible to use machine learning to discover the aspects of the incident that are likely to drive reported casualties? This project will use findings and insight to recommend action on minimizing resulting injuries to shareholders, such as TXDot, DMV, or insurance companies.
