My Capstone Project: Project Over/Under

Using non-traditional, game-condition datapoints, Project Over/Under views each NFL contest through the lens of a sportsbook Over/Under wager. Will this game produce a total score between the two teams that is Over or Under a predetermined betting line? The over-arching hypothesis is that total game score is functionally dependent more upon “workplace conditions” and “employee motivation” factors than has been previously acknowledged. Via classification methodology, Team Over/Under has set out to find the signal within the noise and we have created a model to predict the results of an Over/Under Sports Wager with 5% greater effectiveness than the baseline level of precision.
