My Capstone Project: Cisco Sales Forecast

We used the data available on the Texas Open Data portal to analyze the transactions between Cisco Systems, Inc and Texas public agencies. We took a closer look at how the pandemic affected the seasonality and trends of sales and implemented statistics and machine learning techniques to make our forecasts. Our best model improves the baseline’s model results by 8%. I mostly contributed to the data preparation and exploration part of this project.
