Throughout my life, my curious mind has led me to continually learn and grow, not only with new skills, but as a person as well. I have been able to adapt and overcome various extreme circumstances within my career. My open mindedness has allowed me to thrive in a team setting as, I am able to empathize with my teammates and shift my paradigm of thinking to include others perspectives and ideas to provide an efficient and productive work flow.
Project HandMeDown allows parents to post items their children have outgrown for sale or for free, and to browse listings for items that other parents’ bigger children have outgrown. The focus is on clothing, shoes, and toys. Users are able to create an account, post listings, and edit or delete their own listings. A messaging feature allows users to contact each other to arrange exchanges, and a location service ensures that users only see ads in their geographical area of choice. Filestack is leveraged for users to upload images or files with their listings. Users may flag inappropriate content as well as contact the site’s admin if needed.
