My Capstone Project: Tech Blues
Project Name: Tech Blues: Mental Health in Tech
Our five-member capstone team acquired an open-source data set from Kaggle.com which is a 2014 survey that measures attitudes towards mental health and frequency of mental health disorders in the tech workplace. After developing our initial hypotheses, we will use Pandas, Seaborn, and Matplotlib to explore our ideas. Then we will use Scikit-Learn to encode multiple features to apply to our classification models predicting key drivers of mental health. Top drivers of work interference identified will shed light on what produces a healthy work environment and provide business solutions to increase workplace morale.
