During my military service, I was put into positions that forced me to work above my rank, outside my comfort zone, and find ways to make the job more effective for those that come after me. That experience has taught me to not only be technically savvy, but also communicate in a way that lowers any barriers to learning, whether that is creating a guide on how to accomplish a task, complete a project, or learn what is required for the job position.
