My Capstone Project: Teachr
Teachr is a feature-rich full-stack web application built with a PHP/Laravel back-end and Bootstrap/jQuery front-end to which facilitates collaboration among teachers.
For this project, I contributed to lesson plan sharing features which included working using the Filestack API to convert .doc and .docx files to HTML; parsing and sanitizing HTML inputs on the back-end; utilizing and customizing Summernote and Masonry jQuery plugins for WYSIWYG editing and lesson plan viewing respectively. I worked closely with my team to collaborate on our custom Bootstrap theme and styling to implement a consistent UI across the site.
