The 32 teams in the NFL allocate the same amount of money each year to their 52 players. Each team is allotted a certain amount of money each year to spend on players, this is called a spending cap. The most valued player on an NFL team is a quarterback. The project aims to predict what percentage of a teams spending cap should be spent on a quarterback given their past performance.
