My Capstone Project: Honey Bee Roundup
We analyzed honey bee colony data released by the USDA from 2011 to 2022 in the US, explored the primary drivers leading to colony loss, and created machine learning models to make predictions of those losses. Our best model was a LassoLars regression model that outperformed the baseline by 35%.
