My Capstone Project: DATA-TRAC

Our project involved analyzing 3.5 million complaints sent to the CFPB. We used natural language processing and classification methodologies to study the wording of complaints and the company’s response. We aimed to provide insights into complaint language and its impact, ultimately helping companies improve their responses and enhance consumer outcomes.
