Motivated data scientist and Air Force veteran with a background in qualitative research, education, and social work. Exposure to data-driven policy making pushed me to explore the potential data has to increase our collective well-being and livelihoods.
This project seeks to discover whether or not fair market rent as establish by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has followed market rates over time using time-series analysis and modeling. This analysis will increasing our understanding how this important measure is working and whether it is working as intended.
